We have an apartment! I am so excited I have not updated in a while but this is important. I was so tired of looking and this place is pretty nice. It is like the taj mahal next to 719 State st. I can't wait to move in, even though i dont actually want to move my shit. I wish tomorrow was may 1. Yay.
I am so bored at my job though. It is not so much what i do but our branch is so slow sometimes I just want to kill myself. I dont know what i really want to do instead, all i know is i want to make more money at the very least and have something that keeps me pretty occupied throughout the day.

So I just finished watching "If Only". It wasn't too bad but I would not say it was good. I was hard up for some mind numbing tv I guess. I honestly don't know what drove me to that madness.
So FINALLY after like four years of trying to get Jess and
Ash to go to Micheal's Diner instead of Texas it has happened. They actually like it there better now! I was so amazed when they told me this. So even though I was full from dinner with my family I had a plate of fries with gravy.
Today I am sitting around in my gnome p jams as long as I possibly can, even if that means all day.
I want my fucking boots from Vikkis before the goddamned winter is over! Grrrr.

7:49 pm - New Year's Eve!

Well this Saturday is New Year's and as usual I am not excited for it to come really. I have to work Saturday but only till one and that means that I will be home earlier on Friday. I am definitely going home on Sunday till Monday night for a family gathering.
I am also definitely trying to completely quit smoking, no more even when I am drinking. After New Year's it will be my personal challenge, not really a resolution though cuz they never work out. If it is a personal challenge I am more likely to stick with it. Also me and Jenn decided to do it together kind of. I saw that really gross commercial on tv with the artery being squeeze and all the gunk inside it and I just was so ill from that. I realize it is stupid anyway and I know I shouldn't smoke. I had actually decided before the commercial though because I only had two left and I decided not to buy anymore after I finished them. They are now gone and I refuse to buy anymore. Also seeing what my Uncle is going through just makes me ask, "what the hell am I doing". I wish my aunt would quit but I have thought that for years. Also I read this thing about blood clots, smoking, and birth control. That is actually what got it started. Well anyway I felt like sharing this, but do not harass me if you see me have one, that will make me defiant.
Me and Jenn want to join a gym too, but not the one in the mall. I really want to do something because I think it will make me feel better, and if I don't join a gym I will wait till spring, I won't go out in the cold. I don't even really want to loose weight exactly, it is more about toning and loosing flab. Maybe it will make me feel more energetic like all those reports say it does, hmmm we will see about that one.
I miss everyone who is not here, I hope you all have a safe and fun New Year's.

Anyway I am still very confused by this new lj thing, I don't see the point when the old way is still active also. Whatever.
So today I was looking at my hair and I feel like it is turning back to my original color again. You all know that I dyed it darker but not drastically darker. I did use permanent dye but I still feel like it is lighter today, at least on top. I need someone's opinion to see if I am crazy or not.
So Mao has been driving me nuts. We leave her alone for two days and she goes nuts. She keeps following me around and this morning she woke me up at 515 maoing outside the door and scratching at it. She would not shut up so I had to let her in my room, but then she kept walking on me, batting at my hands, and buzzing in my ear. Somehow I finally fell back to sleep. I just can't believe she has been this antsy, without Maceo and us around I thought she would be happy. She even sat with me on the couch today for an hour, just kinda laying half in my lap, half next to me. She never does that!
I hope everyone had a good xmas, I know I did, I sat around doing bunches of nothing. I got some GNOME pjs. I am so excited. I know that I am an amature at this but I have now started my collection!
I think I had more of a point when I started this entry but now I have nothing left to write about. I could go into more detail about things but now I don't even feel like writing anymore anyway.

Ok so I haven't updated in quite a while and to tell you the truth I have not really been that busy.
311 & Alien Ant Farm fucking rocked. I know I was ridiculous for those of you who were there (Courtney) but honestly just seeing AAF was good enough for me, I loved 311 too but not with the same kind of passion anymore. They have gotten so mellow, but luckily they played some good old stuff and the good new stuff.
Thanksgiving was ok, I love eating and eating and eating. I liked being home and doing nothing. Part of that was because I knew I was starting work on Monday. I enjoyed being a bum.
First day of work today, was good, training blah. Enough said. I think it will be better once we really start working. Learning things is so repetitive.
I finally got a snuff box and it is ultra cool. Unfortunately it is not on a rosary, nor is it a cross, nor does it have a tiny spoon in it. Some of you will know what the fuck I am talking about. I really still want one that is a cross, but this one is cool and unusual. It does have a cross on it which I just realized as I was writing this entry.
My feet hurt and I can not find the kind of comfy work shoes I want anywhere. It is so annoying. I have come to realize that in the past when I go shopping for shirts and shoes I always buy with one occasion in mind, going out. So some of my clothes are not really appropriate for work and also my shoes are not either because I get tired of standing and walking. I need old lady shoes that are not too hideous.
Ok now I must go eat and relax, it has been a long day now that I am back on a work schedule.

Got my tooth checked out today, my dentist said it was fine, that it was not going to fall out of my head, well not at this moment anyway. He said that there is a chance it could die and then there would be a root canal involved but we will cross that bridge if we ever come to it. Instead of filling in the chip he filed down my tooth and the one next to it to match. He said it was too thin an area to fill it in and it would just fall out again. I always wanted my front teeth to be shorter so I think it is a good solution, it wasn't much but I am just glad that they are both flat on the bottom now.
So my dentist asked how I did it after I had just finished explaining it to his assistant Janine. She laughed at me and I laughed with her when I told her the story. She said that I didn't have to fall and chip a tooth to come visit them. She is always nice and cracking jokes. Then my dentist comes in, asks me how I did it and I gave him the abbreviated version, I tripped on the sidewalk. His response, "Drunk again I see!" Even my dentist knows me better than my family does. Haha. Well I denied the drinking part because other than you who know I don't want to go around telling everyone that part of the story. My dentist is a real wise guy though and really knows how to make me feel better. At the end of the appointment he said to me, "Don't do anything else like this to your teeth" and I responded, "Yes I will keep my face off the pavement in the future" and he just laughed at me. Thanks doc!

I have not made an actual entry in so long. Its weird. I am just sitting here right now waiting for a file I am sending to my cousin to finish. She has dial-up, sigh.
I feel really shitty right now, I don't know why it just came over me all of the sudden tonight. I hope it goes away though.
I am going home tomorrow for a couple days. I have a dentist appointment to get my tooth looked at and I just want to visit for a couple days. I hope my tooth is alright for the most part and that he can fix it a little so it looks smooth again. I just don't want to deal with anything huge.
Today me and Jenn went with Beano for some food at New Yorker pizza. It was funny cuz we had like a ten minute convo discussing Greer. He is also one of those people that after you meet them or hang out with them you never want to do any kind of drugs again. Haha. Beano is hilarious though, we don't get to hang out with her much cuz she is always with her boyfriend.
I don't know what I am babbling about but I am excited to drive home tomorrow. I haven't been in my car since Thursday. My life is so sad.
This week is Whitney's bday! Are we going to go to Bomber's and get you one of those big margaritas so then I can drink most of it for you. Haha. I don't really love margaritas but I do like them. I drink too much. Haha.
